To facilitate in the recovery from an orthopaedic condition, our practice has an outpatient physical therapy department operating under the name of Carolina Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy. Patients may be referred for physical therapy because movement and function have been compromised by injury, disease, aging or environmental factors.
